How quickly will I receive my order?

If you place your order on weekdays before 14:00 CET, your order will be shipped the same day, except during busy periods around promotions or sales! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this number, you can track your order and always know when to expect your T'ND items. Delivery times vary by country (see '5. In which countries can I have my order delivered?').

What is the delivery time if I buy items with different delivery times?

If your order contains items with longer delivery times specified, we will ship your complete order only when everything is in stock. If an item is not available, we will contact you about this.

What happens to my package if I am not home?

If you are not at home when the package is delivered, the courier will attempt to deliver it to your neighbours. If that is not possible, the courier will make a second delivery attempt or take your order to a DPD service point.

Is delivery always free?

Of course, we aim to make it as attractive as possible to place your order online. In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark and Sweden we deliver your order free of charge for orders over €75.00. For orders within the Netherlands under €75.00, a shipping fee of €3.99 applies.

Please note: during SALE periods we charge standard shipping costs of €3.99 regardless of the order amount or country to which the order is shipped.

Orders in Austria, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Luxembourg, and Spain are delivered free for order values starting from €75.00. For orders under €75.00, a shipping fee of €10.00 applies.
