Complaints
Our customers are very important to us, and we strive for customer satisfaction in every respect. However, if you have a negative experience with our brand or service, please let us know.
Please provide us with feedback by calling our customer service on weekdays between 10:00 and 12:00 at +31 (0)20 2420680, or by emailing support@tumblendry.com. We will address your complaint substantively and respond to you within 14 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to the Disputes Committee for Home Shopping, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.
