When you create an account, you become a member of our T'ND Friends customer club and earn points on every online purchase you make. You earn 5% of your purchase amount. One point is worth €0.01, and you can spend it as shop credit. With 500 earned Friend Coins, you will have built up €5 in shop credit, which you can redeem after 21 days. It is not possible to redeem shop credit for amounts under €5.
At checkout, you can choose to use your shop credit if you have enough points. Your shop credit is only valid online. What do I need to know before signing up to become a T'ND Friend?
T'ND Friends is a fully digital loyalty program where you earn points with all your online purchases on tumblendry.com. You can only earn points if you have created an account. This loyalty program is completely free, but you must be at least 18 years old to become a member.
How can I earn points?
First, you need to create an account. You earn points by making an online purchase on tumblendry.com. You earn points on both new collection purchases and sales. Your points will be displayed in your T'ND Friend account and will be updated within 4 weeks of making a purchase.
Where can I find my points?
You can find information about your earned points in your account when you are logged in to tumblendry.com.
How long are my points valid?
Your points are valid for 12 months after your last order. Points used for a purchase will expire after activation, even in case of returns.
How much is a point worth?
One point is worth €0.01. In other words, 100 points equal €1.
Will I earn points on all my purchases?
Yes, you earn loyalty points on all your online purchases on tumblendry.com. You earn 5% of your purchase amount. Sale items may be excluded from the loyalty program.
Note: To earn points, you must be logged in when placing your order.
Can I always redeem my points for a discount?
No, you cannot. You must have a minimum of 500 active loyalty points to receive a discount on your total amount. Additionally, earned points can be used for purchases from the new collection but may not always be applicable for sale items. You can redeem a maximum of €250 in points per order.
How do I log in to my account?
Click on the person icon at the top right (next to the search bar) on tumblendry.com. Then log in with your email address and password. How can I cancel my account? You can cancel your membership by contacting customer service via email at support@tumblendry.com or by calling us at +31(0)20 2420680 (between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM CET on weekdays).
