Tumble ‘N Dry places great importance on displaying real, honest reviews. For this reason, reviews are assessed for authenticity both automatically and manually. Tumble ‘N Dry uses the review platform Kiyoh (Ekomi) for this purpose. This is an external party that automatically evaluates reviews using advanced fraud detection technology and algorithms.

Our guidelines
The following items are not allowed when posting reviews:
- Opinions or statements unrelated to the product experience. A review must be about the product itself;
- Inappropriate language (for example, but not limited to: profanity, racist remarks, distortions, or other expressions that could be considered offensive);
- Contact details (for example, but not limited to: addresses, phone numbers, and URLs);
- Mentioning the current price of the product or information about any discounts, promotions, campaigns, and price differences (terms like “affordable,” “well-priced,” or “relatively expensive” are allowed);
- Reviews in a language other than Dutch or English;
- Reviews consisting of fewer than 10 words.
Tumble ‘N Dry does not reject reviews based on the product score given in the review. We only reject a review if it does not meet the above conditions. This may be due to inappropriate language, privacy-sensitive information, or information about the current price. Spelling mistakes, a single sentence as a description, or a negative opinion about a product are not reasons for Tumble ‘N Dry to disapprove a review.
How do we collect reviews?
We encourage customers to write reviews about the products we sell. Tumble ‘N Dry actively promotes this. We are transparent about this process. After purchasing a product, every customer receives a review email asking them to rate the product.
Calculation of review score
The average score of a product is calculated based on all the reviews received. The calculation is as follows: total review score / number of reviews = average review score.
Placement of Reviews
- All reviews are automatically published on Tumble ‘N Dry from the software of Kiyoh (Ekomi).
- The date shown with the review is the date on which the review was written.
Use of reviews
In our newsletters and on pages on Tumblendry.com, reviews may be highlighted. By posting a review, you agree that Tumble ‘N Dry may use your review for this purpose.
Privacy
Deleted reviews (and associated customer data) are never stored or otherwise retained by Tumble ‘N Dry. Tumble ‘N Dry may modify these terms at any time. In that case, we will promptly post a new version on our website, indicating the date on which this latest version goes live.
