At Tumble 'N Dry, we pay great attention to making our production chain and operations more sustainable. Environmental protection, animal welfare, and safe working conditions are high on our agenda. Below is a brief overview of what we have already achieved and our future plans.
PRODUCTION
We collaborate with producers who value labour rights and a good working environment and who adhere to important regulations. Every employee must be treated with dignity and respect. We also believe that there should be a safe and ethical working environment in the factories we partner with. All suppliers are required to sign our Code of Conduct before we enter into a partnership, which includes agreements about safe working conditions. Additionally, we ask our suppliers to sign the REACH and CVHC declarations, confirming they do not work with harmful substances.
MATERIALS
Tumble 'N Dry is affiliated with the UPV Textile Foundation, which allows us to meet our obligations for the collection, reuse, and recycling of textiles. Our goal is to increase the percentage of our collection made from organic cotton each year. We strive to use even more sustainable materials, such as recycled and organic materials, in our collection designs each season. Ultimately, we aim for a 100% sustainable collection.
PACKAGING
At Tumble 'N Dry, we are also working on making our packaging materials more sustainable. For instance, our smallest shipping bag has recently been redesigned and is now made from 80% recycled plastic. The largest shipping bags are made from 100% recyclable paper (FSC-certified). In the coming period, we will continue to work hard on further improving the sustainability of our packaging materials.
