How can I return my package?

1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Go to: www.tumblendry.com/return and register the items you are returning.

 

2. PACK YOUR RETURN CAREFULLY

Pack the items in their original packaging (if reasonably possible), along with the original return form. We need this to process the return. Stick the included return label on the package. 

 

3. DROP OFF YOUR RETURN

Drop off your package at a nearby DPD drop-off point: find a DPD service point.

Important: Keep the shipping receipt.

 

4. WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY

We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may wait to process the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you sent them back. We will refund the amount using the payment method you chose.

 

If you return your entire order, you will also be refunded for any shipping costs. This applies to the shipping costs of the initial delivery. Note: the return shipping costs will be charged.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I return multiple orders at once?

You can return multiple orders at once. You should use a suitable and sturdy enough package that can hold all items undamaged and arrive intact. Additionally, in our return portal, you must indicate one order as a return. Include the return forms for each order in the box so it is clear which order numbers are involved.

 

What if the item I received is damaged?

If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at support@tumblendry.com. We are very sorry about this and will try to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please attach photos of the damaged item and, if possible, photos of the shipping box to your email so we can assist you promptly.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you order on a weekday before 14:00, your products will be shipped the same day. Our ordering and delivery processes are very closely aligned. We take pride in our service, but this also means that our system does not allow for cancellations or adjustments to an order. Your order is therefore binding at that moment, but never final. You are always free to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the package.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

It is not possible to exchange an ordered item for a different size.

 

Are there costs associated with a return shipment?

For returning one or more items using a return label, we charge a fee of €4.99 for return shipments within the Netherlands. For return shipments outside the Netherlands, the full return costs will be charged. Go to: www.tumblendry.com/return and register the items you are returning.

 

Can I return swimwear? 

Hygiene regulations: For hygiene reasons, swimwear should be tried on over your own underwear.
If swimwear is in its original condition, swimwear can be returned.
